I teach because I love to dance. I teach salsa because it feeds my soul. I began dancing ballroom in 1997 and discovered salsa shortly thereafter. I was part of a group who started organizing the first latin dances in Portland in 2000. I founded PM Salsa in 2009 when I was laid of from my 'FT job', and aside from having a couple kids, I haven't looked back since.
